Who can make a referral?

Our Eureka Refer & Reward programme is open to all Eureka Business Solutions customers who have an active Sage 200 Professional license or Sage 200 Historical License with us.
A customer (“Referrer”) can refer another business (“Referred Customer”) to Eureka Business Solutions.
What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral will qualify for the Programme where the Referred Customer:
Is a new customer to Eureka Business Solutions; and
Successfully onboards their Sage 200 system with Eureka Business Solutions as their Sage 200 Business Partner.
The Referred Customer may be:
A business that is looking to move from its existing accounting software to Sage 200 and appoint Eureka Business Solutions as its Sage 200 Business Partner; or
An existing Sage 200 customer that is looking to change its Sage 200 Business Partner to Eureka Business Solutions.
The referral must be identifiable as having been made by the Referrer before the Referred Customer completes their onboarding with Eureka, e.g by completing the Referral Form or stating the name of the person and company in writing to the Eureka Account Manager.
What is the reward?

When a referral qualifies, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive:
12 months free of one eligible, billable Eureka Add On of their choice; and
The relevant upfront installation fee for that selected Eureka Add On will also be provided free of charge.
The eligible Eureka Add Ons currently included in the Programme are:
Dynamic Financial Reporting
Data Analyzer
Create Purchase Orders
End of Day Invoice Automation
Courier Integration
Multiple Referral Rewards
The reward applies to one eligible Eureka Add On per qualifying referral, per customer.
If you successfully refer more than one new customer to Eureka, you can choose how to use your rewards. For each additional qualifying referral, you can either:
Select an additional eligible Eureka Add On to receive free; or
Extend the free period of your original Eureka Add On by a further 12 months.
For example: If you successfully refer two companies to Eureka, you can choose to receive two different eligible Eureka Add Ons free for 12 months, or select one eligible Eureka Add On and receive it free for 24 months.
When does the 12-month free period begin?

The 12-month free period for the selected Eureka Add On will begin from the month in which the Referred Customer is first billed by Eureka Business Solutions.
For example, if the Referred Customer is first billed in March, the 12-month free period will run from 1st March through to 28th February of the following year.
Following the free 12-month period, the selected Eureka Add On will be charged at the applicable standard Eureka pricing unless the customer chooses to cancel the Add On in accordance with their usual agreement with Eureka.

Each qualifying customer may select one eligible Eureka Add On to receive completely free for 12 months.
If you change your mind, you can switch your selected Eureka Add On to another eligible Add On during your 12 month reward period. Simply contact our Support Team and we’ll take care of the change for you.
Please note that changing your Eureka Add On will not reset or extend your 12-month free period. The 12-month period will always run from the original reward start date.
For example: If you select Dynamic Financial Reporting at the start of your reward period in January 2026, your free period will run until January 2027. If you then choose to switch to Courier Integration in March 2026, Courier Integration will be free for the remainder of your original reward period only. Your free reward will still end in January 2027.
Please give 14 working days notice if you wish you switch.
The relevant upfront installation fee for the selected Eureka Add On will be waived as part of the reward.
Any additional services, development work, consultancy, customisation, third-party costs or charges that are not specifically included within the standard installation of the selected Eureka Add On are excluded from the reward and may be charged separately.
Eureka reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the requirements of the Eureka Refer & Reward Programme.
A referral may not qualify where:
The Referred Customer is already an existing Eureka Business Solutions customer;
The Referred Customer was already in active discussions with Eureka regarding becoming a customer before the referral was made;
The referral cannot reasonably be attributed to the Referrer;
The Referred Customer does not successfully onboard with Eureka as their Sage 200 Business Partner; or
The referral is otherwise deemed to fall outside the intended purpose of the Programme.
Eureka Business Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Eureka Refer & Reward Programme at any time.
Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been confirmed and activated, unless required by law or due to circumstances outside Eureka's reasonable control.
The Programme is subject to these Terms & Conditions and does not affect any other terms or agreements between Eureka Business Solutions and its customers.
Eureka Business Solutions reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a reward where it reasonably believes that the Programme has been misused or where the referral does not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Eureka Business Solutions' decision regarding eligibility for the Programme will be final.
