Promotional Period

The promotional offer applies to all new Sage 200 user licences purchased between 1st November 2026 and 31st January 2027.
Discounted Pricing

New users will be charged at the promotional rate of £60 per user, per month, plus VAT. This price includes the 20% Support Fee. The current standard price is £75 per user*, per month, plus VAT, inclusive of the 20% Support Fee.
Duration of Discount

The promotional rate will apply for 12 months from the date of purchase of each eligible user licence.
Following this 12 month period, the price will revert to the standard Sage 200 user licence rate applicable at that time.
When does the 12-month free period begin?

The 12-month free period for the selected Eureka Add On will begin from the month in which the Referred Customer is first billed by Eureka Business Solutions.
For example, if the Referred Customer is first billed in March, the 12-month free period will run from 1st March through to 28th February of the following year.
Following the free 12-month period, the selected Eureka Add On will be charged at the applicable standard Eureka pricing unless the customer chooses to cancel the Add On in accordance with their usual agreement with Eureka.

There is no limit to the number of new user licences that can be purchased under this promotional offer, provided they are purchased within the promotional period.
Any new Sage 200 user licences purchased after 31st January 2027 will be charged at the standard price applicable at the time of purchase.
If a user licence purchased under this promotion is removed after the promotional period has ended, any subsequent repurchase of that user licence will be charged at the standard price applicable at the time of repurchase.
The promotional offer applies only to additional Sage 200 user licences and cannot be used to replace, transfer or reclassify existing user licences. Existing user licences cannot be cancelled or removed and repurchased under this promotion for the purpose of obtaining the discounted rate.
Eureka reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotional offer where it reasonably believes the terms are being misused.
At any rate, any changes to your users or modules are subject to a 60 day notice period as per our standard T&C’s.
MS SQL Licencing is required for each Sage 200 user. These licenses should be ordered as per your usual method. Discount does not apply to MS SQL user licenses.
